Mail Servers Black List

Oops! This page is quite long in Russian, but I do not think I know many bad servers in the US. Perhaps they are all very good, but most likely I have been interested in Russian mail servers because they offer much more interesting services than their American counterparts, such as forwarding to more than one address keeping a copy, SMTP/IMAP/POP3, etc. Anyway, I do not want to delete this page because I am not sure I will never need it in English, but for the time being it is empty.
